At Adami Restoration, we do a lot of work on residential properties in addition to our commercial projects. We specialize in matching the original color of brownstones in all repairs. We have done work in particular in the Upper East Side, West Village, Williamsburg, and Brooklyn Heights. We have completed work on eleven buildings on 93rd St alone, and redid the brickwork, brownstone, cornice, and window restoration on the townhouse used for Carrie Bradshaw's (Sarah Jessica Parker) apartment in Sex and the City. Among the photos you can see what the cornice of one of the buildings looked like before renovation, next to the completed renovation on the adjoining building. The first photo is of Marc Adami's parents' home, restored over 40 years ago and still looking great. Another photo shows a slate roof we replaced. The brownstone at 57 E 90th St, done with Bart Ruiz Construction Management, was patched and repaired, and we also restored the New York Landmark the Charlie Parker Residence.
